The problem is the politicians don�t want to help prisoners because the majority are from low income housing projects, mostly minorities, many not in the voting block, so why would politicians care? I am the first to admit, there were some true animals in prison that should never be released! I lived with them. I know. But, people make mistakes. There are some good guys in there that became lost. There are many who grew up with a mom who was a crack addict, a prostitute, their dads gone, or in prison. It�s all a mess.
