No. The Bible as we know it didn’t exist at the time Jesus lived in mortality. The word Bible means “books,” in this case a collection of individual books, or writings. The collection we know today as the Bible wasn’t canonized (made official) for another three or four hundred years.
As a Jew, what Jesus did have access to was the Torah (sometimes called “the Law”) and the writings in what we know today as the Old Testament (sometimes called “the Prophets” or “the Writings”). Jesus was apparently literate and knew these scriptures well, as He often quoted from them.
