• End date: Ongoing until Picturestees updates or ends the program in writing.
• Tier window: Current calendar month only — milestones reset on the 1st (not lifetime).
• Cookie window: 30 days after a click on your referral / short link.

Reach the order AND sales milestone in the current month to unlock that % for your direct (VIP1) referred orders. Progress is not cumulative across months.

Examples below use qualified product subtotal only (shipping and tax excluded). Tiers require both order count and sales in the current calendar month — we assume about $25 average order value when estimating which tier unlocks.

Team — parent override (VIP2 at 3%)

When affiliates you recruited (your downline) make sales, you earn VIP2 on their qualified order base — even when you are not the direct referrer on that order.

These are illustrative examples, not a guarantee of income. Actual commissions depend on real referred orders, refunds, tier milestones reached that month, and program rules.

VIP1 and VIP2 are referral positions in your upline — not promotion ranks. When someone in your downline sells, commissions can pay as follows:

• VIP1 (direct): Percent from your Commission Tier table above.
• VIP2 (parent): 3% of the qualified order base.
• New affiliates can be auto-assigned a parent from the referral cookie when they register.

• Priority: Coupon first, then cookie. If a shopper uses an affiliate coupon, that affiliate wins even if another affiliate’s cookie exists.
• Coupon-as-affiliate: Enabled — using your linked coupon credits you as the affiliate.
• Short links: Format /go/{code}/{product_id}. Query param ?ref= also supported.
• Cookie lifetime: 30 days.
• Auto-approve: New affiliate applications are approved automatically.

• Commission is calculated on product subtotal — shipping and tax are excluded.
• Commissions are created when an order reaches Processing or Shipped status.
• No commission on Cancelled, Refunded, Failed, On hold, or Pending payment orders.
• Minimum payout: $100.00 unpaid balance (request via dashboard / support).
• Refunds or chargebacks after payout may be deducted from future commissions.

1. Create / log in to your Picturestees account.
2. Open My Account → Affiliate (auto-approved).
3. Copy your referral link, short product links, or partner coupon.
4. Share and track visits, orders, and unpaid balance in the dashboard.

• No spam, trademark bidding on “Picturestees” brand terms without written approval, or misleading claims.
• No self-referral abuse or fake orders to inflate tiers.
• Picturestees may suspend accounts that violate these rules and void related commissions.
