Your rate is set by how many direct referred orders you already have this calendar month. Once you pass a milestone, every further order that month earns the higher rate. Counts reset on the 1st of each month.

Examples below use qualified product subtotal only (shipping and tax excluded) and assume about $25 per order. Your rate steps up as you pass each monthly order milestone, so early orders in a month earn the base rate.

When affiliates you recruited (your downline) make sales, you earn VIP2 on their qualified order base — even when you are not the direct referrer on that order.

These are illustrative examples, not a guarantee of income. Actual commissions depend on real referred orders, refunds, tier milestones reached that month, and program rules.

VIP1 and VIP2 are referral positions in your upline — not promotion ranks. When someone in your downline sells, commissions can pay as follows:

• VIP1 (direct): Percent from your Commission Tier table above.
• VIP2 (parent): 3% of the qualified order base.
• New affiliates can be auto-assigned a parent from the referral cookie when they register.

• Priority: Coupon first, then cookie. If a shopper uses an affiliate coupon, that affiliate wins even if another affiliate’s cookie exists.
• Coupon-as-affiliate: Enabled — using your linked coupon credits you as the affiliate.
• Link anywhere: Add ?ref=YOURCODE to any Picturestees URL — product, category, search or homepage.
• Short links: Format /go/{code}/{product_id}, generated in your dashboard.
• Collections: Group products for one niche and share a single link: /go/{code}/c/{collection}/.
• Sub-IDs: Add &sub=SOURCE (e.g. sub=fb_ads, sub=tiktok) to see clicks, orders and commission per traffic source.
• Clean stats: Bots, crawlers and link previews are filtered out; repeat clicks from the same visitor within 30 minutes count once.
• Cookie lifetime: 90 days.
• Auto-approve: New affiliate applications are approved automatically.

• Commission is calculated on product subtotal — shipping and tax are excluded.
• Commissions are created when an order reaches Processing or Shipped status.
• No commission on Cancelled, Refunded, Failed, On hold, or Pending payment orders.
• Hold period: Each commission becomes available 30 days after the order, so returns and refunds can settle first. Refunded or cancelled orders are voided.
• Minimum payout: $50 available balance — then press “Request payout” in your dashboard.
• Payment methods: PayPal, Payoneer or bank transfer. Set yours in the dashboard; full payout history is listed there.
• Refunds or chargebacks after payout may be deducted from future commissions.

1. Create / log in to your Picturestees account.
2. Open My Account → Affiliate (auto-approved).
3. Copy your referral link, short product links, a collection link, or your partner coupon.
4. Share, then track clicks, orders and balance per source in the dashboard.
5. Add your PayPal / Payoneer / bank details and request a payout once your available balance reaches the minimum.

Personalized gifts sell on identity and emotion, not on price. Pick one audience you can reach and speak to them only.

• Good niches: pet parents (dog / cat breed), jobs (nurse, teacher, firefighter), family roles (grandma, new dad), hobbies (fishing, camping), memorials.
• Test fast: build 2–3 collections of 6–12 products per niche, give each its own sub-ID, and keep the niche that converts.
• Ride the calendar: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Christmas and birthdays — start promoting 3–4 weeks before each date because items are made to order.
• Show the personalization: posts that show a name, photo or breed on the product beat generic product shots.

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram): send traffic to a collection link, target interests that match the niche (breed, profession, hobby), start with a small daily budget per ad set, and tag each ad set with its own sub-ID (sub=fb_nurse_v1).
• Google Search: bid on long-tail gift keywords (“personalized nurse tumbler”, “custom dog mom shirt”) and point each ad group at the matching product or collection.
• Not allowed: bidding on “Picturestees” brand terms, using our name in your ad account or page name, or claiming to be Picturestees.
• Organic counts too: Pinterest pins, TikTok / Reels, Facebook groups and email lists work well — just add a sub-ID so you can compare them.

• Know your numbers: the Traffic sources table shows clicks, orders, conversion and commission per sub-ID. EPC (earnings per click) tells you the most you can pay per click and still profit.
• Cut and double: pause sources whose cost per click is above their EPC after a fair test; raise budget gradually on the ones below it.
• Use the tiers: concentrate volume in one month — passing the order milestones raises the rate on every later order that month.
• Build a team: invite other creators with your referral link; you earn the VIP2 share on their sales.

Results depend on your audience, offer and ad costs — Picturestees does not guarantee earnings.

• No self-referral abuse or fake orders to inflate tiers.
