Overview

Every Picturestees item is made to order. After payment is confirmed, your design enters our production queue. Most U.S. customers receive their order within 6–10 business days total (production + shipping).

Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days after your order is processed.

Your order has a short grace period after checkout — contact us right away if you need to change or cancel before production starts.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed on the next business day. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 5–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery varies by destination. Tracking is emailed when your package ships.

Shipping costs

• Rates depend on your location and package weight — the exact amount appears at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply on eligible orders; promotions are shown before you pay.

Addresses & delivery notes

Incorrect or undeliverable address: We are not responsible for failed delivery when incorrect or incomplete information was provided. Packages returned to us may be reshipped at your cost.

Multiple addresses: We ship to one address per order. Place separate orders for different destinations. PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are accepted when the carrier allows.

Import duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees. If you receive an unexpected charge, contact us with your invoice — we will help resolve it.
