Shipping & Delivery

Overview

Every Picturestees item is made to order. After payment is confirmed, your design enters our production queue. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days total (production + shipping) with Standard shipping, 5–7 business days total with Priority, or 3–5 business days total with Express.

Your order has a short grace period after checkout — contact us right away if you need to change or cancel before production starts.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed on the next business day; weekends and carrier holidays are not business days. International delivery varies by destination. Tracking is emailed when your package ships.

Shipping costs

• Rates depend on your location and package weight — the exact amount appears at checkout.
• U.S. rates for the first item: Standard $3.99, Priority $7.99, Express $14.99. Each extra item, and some bulky products, add a little more. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more.

Addresses & delivery notes

Incorrect or undeliverable address: We are not responsible for failed delivery when incorrect or incomplete information was provided. Packages returned to us may be reshipped at your cost.

Multiple addresses: We ship to one address per order. Place separate orders for different destinations. PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are accepted when the carrier allows.

Import duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees. If you receive an unexpected charge, contact us with your invoice — we will help resolve it.
