Is a capybara actually a rodent?

Yes, the capybara is the world’s largest living rodent. It belongs to the Caviidae family, which also includes guinea pigs. Despite their size and semi-aquatic habits, they share distinct genetic traits with other rodents.

What makes this tee funny?

The design plays on the “Rodent Genius” concept by presenting the chill, semi-aquatic capybara with serious, vintage-style scientific diagrams and text. This contrast between the animal’s relaxed demeanor and the formal academic layout creates a sense of biology humor that resonates with internet culture enthusiasts.

Who is this shirt for?

This tee is ideal for animal lovers, biology students, and fans of quirky internet culture who appreciate the capybara’s calm demeanor. It serves as a conversation starter for capybara enthusiasts looking to wear their interest on their sleeve.

How do I care for the print?

Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the artwork. Use cold water and mild detergent to preserve the royal blue ink and prevent fading over time.
