A few weeks ago, sometime humans call Thanksgiving, I fell and hurt my leg, I tore my ACL and had to have major surgery. He cried, as there was talk about me retiring as a guide dog, but I am sort of working again. Just short walks. But my doctor says I am healing. So retirement may not be quite so soon. The only solutions are to trim the cat’s claws or, like me, just get used to being punctured.
